I’m a medical doctor, men’s health enthusiast, and lifelong learner with a passion for optimizing performance, longevity, and everyday vitality. With over 10 years of experience in hospitals and clinics, I’ve had the privilege of supporting men from different backgrounds take control of their health, with the help of medical intervention, fitness, nutrition and building confidence in their personal lives.

Beyond my clinical experience, I consider myself a biohacker and health explorer. I enjoy testing and applying the latest evidence-based strategies to stay sharp, strong, and energized. I’m also a coffee enthusiast, and my Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) Intermediate certification reflects that curiosity about how lifestyle choices can fuel both body and mind.

My expertise is strengthened by professional certifications that give me a comprehensive approach to men’s health. I hold an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Personal Trainer Certification, which enhances my ability to optimize men’s fitness and performance.

I also have the Androcourse Certificate in Andrology from the Society for Men’s Health Singapore, a credential that establishes advanced proficiency in men’s hormonal health, sexual wellness, and urology. In addition, my SCA Intermediate Level certification highlights a deeper understanding of lifestyle factors that contribute to overall vitality.
