A Hasan Hamdani

I am a founder, men’s health advocate, and storyteller who works to reshape how men understand strength, confidence, and purpose. At SuamiSihat, I work together with a committed team of doctors, physiotherapists, creatives, and strategists who share one mission: helping men become stronger in their health, grounded in their identity, and confident in their relationships.

At SuamiSihat, we have built an integrated ecosystem that supports men at different stages of their journey. This includes clinical treatment, wellness services, performance coaching, supplements, content education, and community support. Over the years, I have spoken with and supported thousands of husbands, fathers, and professionals who carry responsibilities that are often heavy and unspoken.

Outside of building and leading, I am a curious learner. I enjoy listening to wellness, philosophy, sports, and business conversations. I draw a lot of inspiration from Andrew Huberman, Steven Bartlett, Nouman Ali Khan, and Alex Hormozi. Their work influences how I think about discipline, emotional resilience, identity, spirituality and long-term growth.

Through direct conversations with men and continuous study, I have learned that men do not simply need medication or advice. Men need structure, emotional safety, and a space to rebuild themselves internally, not just physically. My areas of focus include sexual confidence, relationship dynamics, emotional regulation, masculine identity, and personal leadership.

I believe that when a man improves himself, even slowly, every part of his life improves because health, marriage, family, and leadership all begin from within. Better men become better husbands, better fathers, and better leaders who show up with presence, love with intention, lead with clarity, and build legacies they are proud of. This is the purpose behind the work my team and I build every day, helping men rise so the people they love rise with them.
