However, this role goes far beyond traditional marketing leadership.

 

This position functions as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) of the SuamiSihat ecosystem, responsible for building and scaling the entire revenue engine across all companies.

- Build influencer and referral systems that actually convert

For the first phase, you will operate as a 2-person core team together with the Creative Director, who will support you closely for the first 3 months. There is no existing performance creative team. Program Snapshot

The Graduate Management Trainee programme is designed to develop multi-skilled, adaptable, and high-performing individuals who will become future Assistant Managers within Suami Sihat Holding and its subsidiaries.

Trainees will gain hands-on experience through four business rotations across corporate, healthcare, e-commerce, and technology divisions, leading real projects, solving challenges, and learning directly from senior management.

 

What You Will Do

- Plan and execute mini growth projects such as landing pages, email flows, or clinic workflow improvements

- Track daily metrics such as leads, conversion, show rate, NPS, and repeat purchase

- Fresh graduate or up to 2 years experience

- Any discipline welcome. Business, marketing, engineering, IT, data, psychology, or healthcare are a plus

- Strong English. Bahasa Malaysia is a plus

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

1. Sales Leadership & Conversion

You’ll be the captain of our sales performance — ensuring people, process, and precision all work in sync.


i) Coaching & Team Development

- Train, mentor, and motivate Customer Service and Sales Executives to hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, roleplays, and call audits to sharpen closing skills, objection handling, empathy, and tonality.
- Build a competitive yet collaborative environment that rewards consistency, learning, and accountability.

 

ii) Script, SOP & Playbook Optimization

- Develop, refine, and standardize WhatsApp, phone call, and follow-up scripts across various buyer stages.
- Continuously test new scripts, templates, and hooks to improve closing performance.
- Maintain and update the Clinic Sales Playbook to ensure all scripts, SOPs, and workflows stay relevant and aligned with marketing direction.

 

iii) Leads & Customer Database Segmentation

- Segment and manage leads by type (New Leads, Warm Leads, Returning Clients, VIP Members, Inactive Patients).
- Align with the marketing team to design personalized follow-up campaigns for each segment.
- Oversee lead assignment, status updates, and database hygiene in CRM (Yezza / Meta / Google Sheets).
- Ensure proper tagging, retargeting, and remarketing flow for every customer segment.

 

iv) Monitoring, Control & Quality Assurance

- Track daily performance dashboards: response rate, appointment booking %, show-up rate, and closing ratio.
- Monitor message quality, ensure compliance with tone, professionalism, and clinical ethics.
- Prevent lead leakage and ensure consistent tracking across WhatsApp, Ads, CRM, and walk-ins.
- Create transparent monitoring sheets for real-time progress tracking and issue escalation.

 

v) Reporting & Data Analysis

- Generate weekly and monthly sales reports (lead source breakdown, conversion by doctor, revenue per campaign).
- Analyze performance trends, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions quickly.
- Coordinate with Clinic Manager and Marketing Head to align targets, promotions, and campaign adjustments.
- Present weekly pipeline reviews and forecast reports for leadership visibility.

 

 

2. Experience & Retention

- Ensure seamless handover between sales, doctors, and follow-up teams.
- Implement post-treatment check-ins, loyalty, and referral programs.
- Oversee membership renewals and reactivation campaigns to improve lifetime value (LTV).

 

 

3. Performance Tracking & Intelligence

- Track and analyze key sales metrics: CPL, CPA, LTV, retention %, and average consultation value.
- Run weekly insight reviews to identify what’s working and what needs improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations for continuous funnel optimization.

5. CRM, Retention & Customer Pathways

- Build unified CRM, retention, referrals, affiliates, loyalty, cross-selling & automation systems.

6. Leadership, SOPs & Performance Culture

- You will build and lead a high-performance marketing, sales & creative organisation, including:
